Children With Disability NZ is a registered New Zealand charity dedicated to ensuring that children with disabilities are seen, heard, and included-whether on the playground or in the stories they read. Our Leader: Glen McMillan

At the helm of our charity is Glen McMillan, a passionate advocate who understands the challenges faced by disabled children-because he lived them. At just 10 years old, Glen became a disabled child, and now, 55 years later, he channels that experience into creating a more inclusive Aotearoa.

A highly driven creative, Glen is a website designer, SEO expert, and digital storyteller who uses the power of the internet to normalize disability and amplify inclusion. His vision fuels our mission, and his expertise ensures our message reaches far and wide.
